We had a shuttle booked for over a month and it was prepaid (because they stated the needed payment in order to reserve spots). We called and verified the same day with the shuttle company (spoke to Michelle) and yet, NO ONE PICKED US UP! They already received payment of $156. I received a voicemail later that my full payment would be completely refunded due to an error on their apart! I appreciate them admitting their mistake and informing me that my refund would be returned in 7-10 business days. UPDATE: it's been 9 business days since the claim for s refund was supposedly processed and we have not received ANYTHING! I called to confirm and to see where my email confirmation on this issue was and the staff (I believe it was Michelle) was completely rude, rushed me off the phone, had an attitude, and I still have not received my refund or email confirmation! If I could give this company a zero I would. Upon arrival I called them (at 5:17 pm per my phone records) and spoke to Nadia. She said pick up your luggage, your driver will be at the airport in 15 minutes. I picked up my luggage and after 19 minutes, I called back at 5:36 per my phone records, and Nadia said the driver would be there in 20 minutes. Since this call lasted for only 23 seconds, it appeared to me that she had hung up on me because I was in the middle of asking her what the problem was and if I was waiting at the right location. I called back at 5:46 (again per my phone records) and got voice mail! At 5:47, another cab company (Call-A-Cab) called my cell and told me that the shuttle service couldn't get a driver, so he was going to pick me up at the taxi stand. Shouldn't Nadia have informed me of this? After all this time, ( call a cab arrived at the airport around 6:15 pm)I got a ride, but not from Melbourne Shuttle. To top it all, the cabbie said the ride was prepaid, so to my surprise, the credit card used to secure the reservation for the ride got billed by both Melbourne Shuttle and Call-A-Cab!!! And we have the credit card records to prove that we've been charged by both companies for the same service! By the way, Call-A-Cab only charged $85. After investigation, the credit card company refunded the $114 that was charged by Melbourne Shuttle. I've edited this review with more detail for greater accuracy in response to the threats of legal action. Needless to say, I I'll never use Melbourne Shuttle. First, when I booked the shuttle, We wanted to be picked up at 6AM, I was told that is when they have a shift change and could not pick us up until 6:30 - 6:45. Ok, I felt I would still be at the airport with some time to spare. Departure Day arrives but they do not!!. Called at 6:30 received a Voice mail message, left a message, "Where are you? Will give you till 6:45 then we need to leave." 6:45 came no shuttle, called again, got Voice mail again, left a message that if you are not here in 5 minutes we really have to leave. Remember, the plane will NOT wait to me. So, 5 minutes went by and we left and drove ourselves to the airport. Called one more time, still got Voice mail and said don't bother coming now, we left. We had family fly down to Orlando so we could all take a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We needed some help getting all 6 of us to the Port so we hired Melbourne Shuttle & Taxi to help us out. Let me say: the driver himself was wonderful, and did everything he could to help us along our trip. However, the company itself must be run by complete morons. Allow me to explain to you why I will never give this company another penny, and I suggest you don't either. As I explained when hiring the shuttle, we had 6 people in our group, along with a week's worth of luggage for each of us (one bag each). They sent a beat up Windstar van. The driver had not been told there would be six of us, and did not have any straps or bungees to tie the luggage to the roof (luckily I did). Sadly, the driver ran over a nail in my driveway and got a flat just as we were leaving. Rather than send a different vehicle, we stood on the side of the road and unloaded all 6 bags, the driver put on the donut, and then we re-loaded the van. As anyone with a modicum of common sense knows, driving on a donut is a temporary measure, and certainly not advised when carrying 6 adults (with a combined weight of over 1,000 lbs) and their luggage. I was a bit embarrassed, but we got to the cruise on time, so I rolled with it. That's not why I'm writing this bad review. Today, after arriving back in port, I called the shuttle and explained that I would be renting a car instead and I would not need their services to get home. I explained I was completely dissatisfied with my prior ride (as was everyone else with me). She told me that I would have to pay a cancellation fee, and I accepted it. I hung up, called the rental company, and was ready to move on with my life. But then, for reasons known only to God and the woman I spoke with, she called me back and proceeded to argue with me. I was thoroughly confused by this, being that I had already agreed to the cancellation fees. Apparently this was not enough. This woman then had the audacity to blame ME for the fact that the van got a flat tire (I wasn't driving) and then blamed ME for the fact that there were 6 people with "too much luggage" (despite explaining our exact situation when originally scheduling our ride). Needless to say, by this point I had gone from shock to frustration to a mild level of rage, and I offered to come to the office and discuss the matter face to face. She elected to hang up on me instead. Pretty insane right? Believe it or not, I was STILL ready to let this go and move on. But then came the straw that broke the camel's back- she texted my wife and claimed that I had "threatened" her and that she "takes threats very seriously". Allow me to put your concerns to rest: I mean you no harm, and have no intention of coming into your shop to treat you as rudely as you have treated me (although you would deserve nothing less). You are under no threat of any danger. However, for what it's worth, if you continue to treat customers this poorly, I fully expect one of them will eventually show up to punch you in the nose (but not this guy, I promise). You take "threats" very seriously? Well, I take the safety of my family very seriously. And I also take customer service very seriously. And the bottom line is this: not only did the company fail to perform their services to my satisfaction, they failed to take any responsibility for the matter, and instead elected to blame me for their own lack of professionalism and competence. I am pretty sure it would be less aggravating to walk than to deal with this company again. So there you go. Enjoy your bogus cancellation fees. I can only hope this bad review costs you tenfold more as the result of lost business. She accuses me of being on drugs (false) and then goes on to blame Jay in the other bad review for hiring them. No apology, no attempt to make it right- just blame game all the way to the end. Do not use this company. Reserved a "ride" from Melbourne airport to port Canaveral in March 2017 for April 2017, never received quote, just reservation email.. two days prior to flight called to confirm and get cost estimate. initially they said $70, then changed to $85, then said I had to book round trip and pay in advance $160. I told them I had never even used them before and I am not paying in advance. she kept asking me where was I going from and to I said look at the reservation sheet it has all info on it, then I just told her I would find another ride. Called again 10 minutes later and received the same message. Very disappointed we could not attend. Will never use this service in the future. If you need a taxi stay away from this service. Worst shuttle company. We hired them and made reservations a weeks prior to our departure and arrival to the Orlando airport. The ride to the airport was terrible. The driver proceeded to answer the phone that rang constantly on our drive. This is so unsafe since he was speeding also. Then when we arrived back from our trip we called as we were at baggage claim to make sure our ride was on time and were told that since we didn't have a reservation we were going to have to share the ride! We made the reservation to be picked up weeks before we even left for our trip. Not to mention that the website says private rides and no ride sharing!!! So that's not even the worst part. We arrived and were told our driver was already there. No driver, so we called back. Then we were told he was at the wrong gate, then it was oh he's at the 7 eleven he'll be there in ten minutes. So several calls and literally 1.5 hours later the driver arrives and we then have to go pick up another passenger. I think it was all a lie so they didn't have to send 2 drivers to the Orlando airport in one night. They made us wait around for the other guys flight to arrive and then share a ride!!! Never ever will I use this company again!!! If I could give zero stars I would. We were also charged the full rate even though we had to share a ride. This is unbelievably bad business. read more

Awful! They do not deserve even one star. I called the night before and booked the taxi. I called that a.m. to confirm. I called 30 minutes prior to my pick-up time and confirmed the time and location. I got one call from Michelle saying the taxi was going to be a few minutes late. After 35 minutes and Michelle not answering the phone anymore, I gave up and had to frantically call another service (Mitch's - they were awesome!!!!) to come get me. I will never use this service again and I suggest you think twice about using them as they are not reliable and can not be counted on!! I booked a picked up for tomorrow at 9am - my first time using them, or anyone to that matter. Just moved here. Flying to go say my final goodbyes to my father as he passes. My wife decided to take me to the airport due to my emotional state. I called the company 1 hour after I revered the pick up. 1 hour. She stated I will be charged 20% of my rate. Indeed that is mentioned on the site. However they had already ran my card even though the service was not rendered. I was not aware a business could do that. They lady on the phone was quit rude, and and was adamant that she had to turn away customers because within 1 hour her phone went off the hook needing a ride at 9am and she lost business. So your so busy, yet you only have 1 taxi? You lost business? Indeed you did. 1st time customer was not serviced very well. "satisfaction guaranteed"? yeah - okay. I am in the entertainment business, and need these services quite often for meetings, and events. Wow, I was reading these reviews for this shuttle service and had a bad experience with them as well. Booked shuttle service from Orlando to Port Canaveral. The morning of service, was contacted and said they would be late 30 minutes, and at that point that was fine. We waited in the lobby of our hotel, and after an hour still no shuttle. When I tried to call them, could not get in contact with anyone and tried several times. Finally got in contact with some woman who claimed to be helping, and didn't know when are shuttle would arrive, basically did not have a clue at all. At that point, we ordered an Uber and preceded to our destination. She called and said they were at the hotel and saw is get into the Uber. She began calling me and asking us to come back and take the shuttle. She texted my phone numerous times as well, arguing that it was not their fault. This shuttle service experience was the most ridiculous mess I have after dealt with, in a transportation service. The woman who runs it is so unprofessional, and completely incompetent. I disputed the charges as well, she is an absolute liar as to what happened. Maybe, she should take responsibility for their mistakes and quit blaming their customers.
