The staff and Doctors are amazing. After trying out a few pediatricians in the area we ended up at Just Us Kids. I have a special needs daughtet that has MULTIPLE specialist. Dr. Justice never misses a beat. Whatever I need for my children all I have to do is ask. I'm a hard mama to please and I don't give anyone a break when it comes to my babies and their health. When I take my daughter to the practice they always have a room to put her in to reduce her contact with others while there or her contact with sick children(she has a weakened immune system). Both my children love Dr. Justice. She is thorough and patient we have never been rushed out of the visit. She has stepped out of her "doctor" role and given me mom advice on many different things. She was open and honest about her own personal struggles with being a mom and how she tackles different situations. We love it here and as long as we continue to receive them a same level and of service we will be here until the kids grow out of the practice. The only con I have is the billing we have had some issues with that but that was resolved quickly as well. It's happen twice but it was fixed. read more

I finally left this office and am choosing to take my children elsewhere. I enjoy the nurses, but no matter what you will wait more than an hour long. I was the first appointment today. A well check for my son. Waited. Waited. Waited while looking out the door and hearing all the nurses and doctors talking and laughing. More waiting. It's like this each time. I'm finally fed up with it and choosing to go elsewhere. read more

Dr. Justice and all of her PAs are absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walk in they know who we are and remember the names of my kiddos. Each doctor takes the time to really listen and hear what's going on; and they work to find the root cause to get our babies well. I highly recommend Just Us Kids Pediatrics. I take both of my children there and every time I have received excellent care. I have had no problems making same day appointments and the wait times are reasonable once we arrive. We've mostly been seen by Sarah PA-C and she is excellent. I never feel rushed when we're there and she's thorough. There's also been times we've called with questions and they've also called back in a reasonable time frame with my questions answered! Today I had a a routine 6 month check-up for my son. My appointment time was at 10:40am. I checked in at 10:35am. I then sat in the waiting area and 4 other families came in after me and checked in as well. The office staff started taking in families to their patient rooms who checked in after me. I then asked the front desk if I was checked in for my appointment time? There response was that "It's Monday and Mondays are busy." Then the whole waiting area emptied and five familys who checked in after me were in their patient rooms. It was now a hour after my initial appointment time and I even saw people who checked in after me leave the office. After waiting a hour and a half...I finally get to the patient room. I then had to wait another 25 minutes to see a physician assistant for approximately 10 minutes. Previously I had a experience in which we felt forgotten in the patient room in which we waited over a hour in to see a nurse practitioner. I thought that was a fluke and didn't think anything of it. I wish I would have seen the red flag then and switched to a better pediatrician who doesn't overbook appointments. I'm just going to say...don't waste your time here. There are better pediatricians in Newnan and this isn't one of them. Mind you this place doesn't take walk-ins at all..so it wasn't a issue with people coming in clogging up the schedule. It's more about overbooking to make extra money...I've read on other review sites that the patient felt that Just Us Kids is more about money...then the patient. I guess I agree.. especially when they can keep you there 2 hours after your appointment time...but also charge you a missed appointment fee if you do not show up at your scheduled appointment time. read more

Best Pediatrics group! They listen to your concerns, answer any questions and are always on your child's side. Dr. Justice did everything she could to make sure that my child was seen as soon as possible by different doctors from many areas in order for our child to be diagnosed correctly. I have made a complaint with the GA Board of Pediatrics and HIPPA Just Us Kids has made several billing errors with my daughters account. They have billed for services that were not rendered. The manager is horrible at returning calls. On 8/31/17 I brought my 5 yr old in for an exam. The NP ordered blood work and said she wanted to send her to an endocrinologist and I would hear from them within 10 days, if I did not to please call them. I was told by the NP that she wanted to rule out the possibility of my 5 yr old from having a pitiutary TUMOR. I asked the NP if she could please have Dr. Justice call me, as I had many questions. NO one called me. I called them on 9/15 since I had not received any phone calls. They "forgot" to send the referral. . They also had some of the blood results and did not notify me. I asked for a copy of the records and the referral to be sent. I went to the office the same day. While I was in the office at the front desk there was a patient chart open sitting on top of the desk. I told the receptionist that was a HIPPA violation and she asked me to leave. I told her I was not leaving without the referral being sent. She handed me a piece of paper, not showing a fax confirmation. I have also issued a complaint with HIPPA becuase I fear that as a patient there my childs medical information could have been shared with anyone since they did not notice the chart sitting open for a waiting room of people to see. On 9/18 I called the specialist who still HAD NOT RECEIVED THE REFERRAL. I called Just Us Kids and was told that since I took a copy of my records I was no longer their patient and was hung up on. 10 minutes later the Manger Amy called me to to say they did send my referral. I told her the specialist still had not received it and that I still needed the rest of my daughters blood work. THE OFFICE MANAGER told me "they are fine" I will fax them to you. I once again explained to her why I was leaving the practice and that I feel 100% my child is not important to them. I have yet to get a call from Regina Justice the owner. read more

Be aware that you can experience long wait time periods. Your child can be seen by the doctor or the NP one to two hours after the appointment time. Moreover, the consultation for your child can last for less than two minutes in some cases. I am very disappointed with their attention to my child needs. read more
