We filed a AAA claim to get assistance and also called the police. Within minutes, Nate F. called us to first see if we were okay and confirm our location. We]called the police due to our location on the highway being extremely unsafe and no space to change the tire. The officer arrived and then left us! We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole. Within minutes, Nate arrived, immediately had his flashing lights on, and started diverting traffic to keep everyone in the safest position possible, given the situation. He then changed our tire and helped us get merged back onto the highway safely. He was our HERO of the day! MOE, Nate deserves a HUGE bonus or raise! He was amazing!!

Greg (the owner) called me back right away, took a few details, and was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later, quickly found the puncture, repaired the tire, and provided a receipt. From my initial call to completion, the entire process took about 45 minutes. I was very pleased. Compared to the hassle of using a spare and then going to a tire shop, waiting, and paying for the fix (btw, their prices have gone up) this was zero stress, quick, and very convenient. If you dont like bad reviews work on your customer service :) My vehicle was towed through NO FAULT of my own and the situation was fixed and my car was repaired by a legitimate company. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Orlando Towing Group, LLC. While providing the…read moreservice I needed, they ended up damaging my vehicle in the process, specifically my rim. When the tow truck arrived, I expected the driver to handle my vehicle with care and expertise. Unfortunately, that was far from the reality. As they loaded my car onto the truck, they carelessly scraped my rim against the tow truck's equipment, causing noticeable damage. To make matters worse, Orlando Towing displayed a complete lack of responsibility for their actions. I was told (from the owner) to pay for the tow and the incident would get straightened the following day. The next day, I call and was told to come in (by an employee), only to show up to a junk yard with a vacant trailer. Not only did the owner go against his word, I had to wait an hour just for him to call me and try to send me to another location. I call back about an hour later (because he still has yet to show up) to let him know I was going to get a quote for the damage on my rim. He proceeded to yell and curse saying "I'm not paying for shit" and that I was threatening him. His dismissive attitude towards a customer's property and refusal to take responsibility for the mistake says everything about his character and the way he conducts business. My encounter with Orlando Towing Group, LLC was nothing short of a nightmare. From the negligent handling of my vehicle, resulting in a damaged rim, to their dismissive customer service and outright lack of professionalism, I strongly advise against using their towing services. Save yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and unnecessary expenses by seeking a more competent and trustworthy alternative.
