After telephone calls to have them come back and inspect, we have not received a call or email back for help to come and check out the work. They also never returned any of my calls after the initial repair on other work we discussed. Along with the shoddy work on the roof, the customer service is terrible and unprofessional. All 3 bathrooms required custom cabinetry. All 3 are gorgeous! He even used a special spray paint on the cabinets that I didn't know about and it was so slick looking. We loved it! Since we couldn't get back to the house for several months we went ahead and paid him in full. When we got to the house we found a few minor things that still needed to be done. He put the cabinets in crooked and made a bunch of excuses such as it was the floor that was at too much of a slant, mostly so he wouldn't have to fix it when I requested. I had to have another contractor come into to put my toe kick in because he said he wouldn't do it until I re did my entire floor which would cost me $5000. After he was paid, he then stopped answering my texts and requests to help with adjusting the cabinets.
