This place is my favorite florist by far. Family owned and operated. We used them back in 2005 for our wedding flowers and will only order from them. The staff are amazing and friendly. You definitely get what you pay for which is amazing quality flowers. My husband and son went to the shop to get me flowers for Mother's Day. They went two days before Mother's Day so my son could pick which flowers he wanted to buy. He is five so that was a big deal to him. They were amazing at customizing a bouquet for him and what he wanted. It was busy but they treated him special. Used this place for my wedding and loved it! To start, the prices are awesome. Compared to other floral shops, they are significantly less expensive. Obviously it depends on what flowers you get and how they're arranged, but the ladies there will work with you to get the flowers you want at a price that works well for you. They will suggest work-arounds, similar flowers, etc to help you. I went to Rock-Castle for a comparison quote and told the lady that I didn't want to spend more than $1000 on flowers. She was halfway through the bouquets and said "I'm already at $1000, do you want me to keep going?" I was appalled by the attitude and lack of help. I called Justice florist immediately after this and booked them for our wedding. Justice Florist helped me re-work what I originally wanted and basically worked with me to write up a whole new estimate once I changed by mind on flowers. The flowers were fresh, vivid, and just so beautiful. I got exactly what I was looking for. I love the color suggestions they made as well to make everything pop. I'll post some pictures for you all to see. I got centerpieces for 15 tables, bouquets for 7 girls and myself, corsages for the mothers and grandparents, and boutineer for 5 men... also some flowers for the front of the church. The total was around $800 plus tax. They were there for setup at the church, to give us our flowers, and they setup the reception hall. I bought the vases and floating candles for my centerpieces from the dollar store which cost ~30. The vases had to be delivered to the florist and and they setup the flowers in those. I'll have to admit I originally placed an order for flowers through 1800Flowers on May 29 with requested delivery on June 1. When I checked the status of the order it said delivery was scheduled for June 28; a whole month later! I wouldn't have known of the delay if I hadn't checked the status two days after ordering. After a lot of red tape, I cancelled that order and looked for a local florist. I called Justice's and they were very helpful. As a long time Hilton resident I try very hard to give my business to the local, small businesses when I can. I was ordering flowers for my son who was attending a Jr. prom and Sr. ball. and I had many friends tell me just go to Wegmans they will be cheaper and the flowers will be fine. But, like I said I really like to give my business to the small business when I can. When I picked up the flowers for prom the corsage had the wrong color flowers and ribbon. I brought this to the attention of the employee ( who I think is the owner or manager) and she was very offended and not apologetic at all! She then proceed to tell me how I was inconveniencing her as they were very busy due to it being Mother's Day weekend and she had, had very little sleep. I was then apologizing to her and she agreed to remake the corsage. I considered cancelling my order for the following weekend but decided to give them a second chance. I picked up the corsage for ball and this too was incorrect. This time it was just the ribbon that was not right and I thought maybe it would be ok. I didn't say anything at the time because it was the same employee who had been so rude to me the week before and I didn't want her to make me feel bad again. I brought the corsage home and looked at it with the dress swatch and decided I really needed to return it as it just did not go with the dress. She was again upset with me for returning the flowers though they were the ones who made the mistake and never once apologized in any way. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. I will say the flowers were very pretty but I don't think I would go back based on my experiences. read more

Justice did the flowers for my wedding on 7/18/2015 and I couldn't have been happier! I did a lot of shopping around before deciding on them and never once regretted my choice. Justice was a fraction of the price of every other place I priced out, the girls are extremely friendly, honest and professional, and the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and ceremony arrangements they arranged were fresh and beautiful. I worked with Martha leading up to my wedding, and she was awesome. Very down to earth, friendly, and straightforward. Also extremely patient... she listened to what I was looking for and came up with really beautiful arrangements for my off-the-wall color scheme of orange and teal. She also was very respectful of my relatively tight budget and was great at working with me to stay within it... all while reassuring me when I needed it that she wouldn't let me pick anything that would accidentally look awful, haha. She was also very responsive and flexible during the planning process, which I appreciated since I was planning from across the country and was limited in when I could physically stop in. On the day-of, everything was delivered and set up by the time I got to the venue. Robin even stuck around and waited for us (we were a bit late) to make sure the guys got their bouts pinned on okay, to get the grandparents and parents their flowers, and to personally give us girls our bouquets and make sure we were all set.
