Hired them for an HOA issue. Initially spoke with Justin Clark and he said we had a case. We felt encouraged but he passed us to a certain male attorney who handles HOA as well they said. This did not go smoothly and we had to go to mediation twice because things that were agreed on the first time were not included in the agreement when we received it. Not our fault but we were told we had to go back to mediation. The mediator charges $300 an hour and was unnecessary the second time which once again ran into a few thousand dollars. After the agreement was signed our HOA ignored the agreement right from the start on different levels and we had questions, so I emailed our attorney and his secretary asking for advise. Never heard back from them. Too many disappointing issues and we would never use this firm again. read more

I should never have bothered trying to do an IRS Offer in Compromise with these people. They told me they have a 100% success rate. They lied to me. Even though I had a decent income and equity in my home, they said they could get an OIC approved. They were only interested in getting my money, not in helping me. The IRS denied my OIC and I ended up re-financing my home to pay off what I owed. read more

I'm not satisfied at all. I've been working with this firm for over 14 months and I have no more info than I did the first day I walked in. I paid in full and it took me 7 months of payments to do that. I thought I was paying for IRS help and protection from liens and garnishments. I guess that wasn't true. I now have a lien on me after I had the Justin Clark Law Firm do my taxes for 2019. So no help no answers and now a nice lien. I want to know what I paid for and when am I going to have some information as to where I stand. To me this seems kind of crazy. I go to them down and out I do everything I can to get them paid and I have no idea of any game plan or any kind of Protection from the IRS. I could of called myself and came up with a payment plan myself. 3500 and no plan or answers. It's shocking when you pay a firm to help and you and never hear a word from them about anything. They have power of attorney and I have liens. I would love to get my money back and go elsewhere to get this handled. I've spoke to many law firms now that I have a lien on me and they all say this should of been handled months ago. Please help. I just hope people read this and protect your self from this kind of business. I'm done now. Next thing the IRS will garnish my bank account and I will loose everything I worked for my whole life.
