Everything except the floors. Places where all the debris likes to hide you know in the crook and cranny of the baseboards and corners. This is where special attention needs to be made and done better in order to be considered true deep cleaning. This so called "deep cleaning" of bathrooms took 3 people which equates to 1 person for each bathroom. Kitchen was touched up and counters wiped. Ceiling fans cleaned off and windows cleaned. As soon as I walked into my home I did not notice clean shiny floors like I expected. It was then that I noticed all the dirt, dust and other debris along with dull looking hardwood and porcelain floors. Upon speaking with the owner Tonia and being as kind as I am. I was met with disappointment by her tone and attitude towards me when I informed her of my findings. I took videos and my ring cameras caught everything to back me up. Tonia did not treat me as a customer and acted as if she needed to defend her employees. Tonia placed more faith in her employees who she felt to inform me was also her husband well above that of her customer. I will never use this company again nor would I ever suggest this company to anyone. $600 for 3 people to do MAYBE 3 hours of work that I have done myself alone in 3 hours. But I would also have my floors done and laundry. Thanks but never again. I will stick to doing my own cleaning. It was a nice gesture and gift from a loved one so I could not turn it down but hopefully my loved one learned a lesson as well.

Uses rug doctor carpet cleaning solution mixed with off brand dish soap, misting the rugs a tad and uses a push broom to "clean" them. When I mentioned not approving a rug to go back to the customers he'd complain by saying it wasn't a lot for the cleaning anyways and he didn't care. He'd forget whether him or his wife cleaned a rug, once reminded it's never been touched, he's proceed to RETURN still and charge full price.
