Scheduled the delivery 2 weeks from purchase, understandable, didn't follow the nearest crossroad that we told them, took a wrong drive, got stuck in a 2track within quarter mile, would not allow alternative / correct route same day & pushed delivery out 11 more days. Terrible when you've removed all furniture from your living room. Told by customer service it would be expedited and then they tell us delivery 11 days out.

Got couch loveseat and recliner from them with the warranty yeah didn't last long seams came apart…read moretried to use warranty and I get gonna call us back or whatever bs excuse they could come up with. Couch back boards broke to where boards put hole in back of couch and messed up my wall. Loveseat wasn't as bad but seams on front bottom came open and the recliner omg seams in seat and lower part came apart and the material was unraveling. Lesson learned never will buy funiture from there again. And never that material pay a little more and get something that will last more than 6 months before you have to replace it
