Our family has been using the Justine Blainey Wellness Centre for over 7 years. We have used many services in this office. My sons and I started out doing Chiropractic treatment with Justine, and over a year later my husband joined in. We have reaped the benefit from the care we received. I used to experience regular problems with sinus infections, bronchitis and even pneumonia. Since starting Chiropractic care I have not had to visit the doctor and get a prescription for antibiotics. My last checkup with the doctor she asked why I hadn't had a script for meds in years, I explained that I was seeing a chiropractor and that is why I hadn't had any infections. She was skeptical - but I know what is reality. Chiropractic care helped. Both my children are special needs and require medication for their conditions. Since starting chiropractic care the boys have not had any medication adjustments that normally occurred over time. As they grow bigger the dosage usually needs to increase, not so with chiropractic care. Our family has also taken advantage of the Registered Massage Therapists in the office. I injured a muscle in my shoulder and was treated by a combination of massage and chiropractic care - as a result of this I didn't have to visit the family doctor and get some sort of medication/anti-inflammatory medication to solve the problem. 6 months ago I was in a bad car accident and sought out Dr. Justine's team for treatment instead of the traditional family physician route. I had frequent chiropractic treatments and added weekly acupuncture treatments as well. One of my injuries was so severe you could not even touch the area without excruciating pain. The first acupuncture treatment was amazing! After the needles were removed the therapist was able to touch and treat the injury! Without the care of the Justine Blainey Wellness Centre I would be on many prescription drugs for my injury. I highly recommend this wellness centre for all your needs. read more

I had a chiropractic consultation and adjustment session with Dr. Justine Blainey in between games at an ice hockey tournament. The difference between my neck and back pain on the ice prior to the session and afterwards was remarkable. I have never experienced such immediate pain/soreness relief. This was my first session with a chiropractor so I was not at all familiar with the process. Justine was happy to walk me through what she was doing and why, and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. She spent a considerable amount of time with me afterwards answering all my questions and even followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any more. It was very apparent that Justine is genuinely passionate about health and wellness. As an athlete, it was also wonderful to be treated by someone with a strong sports (and hockey-specific) background. I look forward to working with Justine in the future and highly recommend the Justine Blainey Wellness Centre to all other community members, and especially athletes! read more

Dr. Justine and her support staff are amazing! I am always greeted by friendly faces as I enter the centre and my adjustments are very effective. I have scoliosis - my low back pain that I had been dealing with all my life was eliminated within a couple of months. With my maintenance adjustment schedule my back pain has not returned. When Dr. Justine is away, I have seen Dr. Blake who treats me with such care as if I was his own patient. I can tell Dr. Justine and her husband Dr. Blake truly care about their patients. I have seen a couple of massage therapists here - all of which are amazing and cater to exactly what I ask for. Dr. Justine and Dr. Blake are always giving back to the community via donations for the less fortunate. Thank you for your service!! read more

This place is not recommended. They host a lot of events such as monthly makeovers and Dinner with doc events which are just ways to make money. Dr. Justine barely spends time with patients. She keeps running around, she should just focus on being a chiropractor rather than an advertising agent. Office staff is overall nice but the office could be better renovated to make it more inviting. Treatment options are pricey. Also staff exaggerates and stresses on needed treatment as if your life depended on it. Something about all of this just doesn't seem genuine and people will eventually see that. I am seeing a different chiropractor now and I couldn't be happier! read more

Have had a few massages here so far and even referred my husband who has never had a massage prior and we are very happy to say we have found our favourite therapists. It is hard finding a massage therapist that is able to do a deep tissue without you feeling bruised or too sore afterwards, but Fazeena and Kelly were very informative, told us both what to do post massage to help with soreness and even stretches to help alleviate some discomfort in between massages. The have therapist there almost all days of the week and the evenings which works best for my husband. Front desk staff is great as well. Highly recommend coming here for a massage! read more

I started going to the Justine Blainey Wellness Centre about 4 months ago, I was suffering from severe neck pain and bad dizzy spells. I went to my regular doctor and they ran a lot of tests and had no explaination as to why I was suddenly getting very dizzy. After my first 2 weeks of treatments with Dr. Justine I was no longer getting dizzy spells, the pain in my neck and my back were so much better. After a year of care at the office I could not be more happy. Every Monday I get an awesome adjustment from Dr. Amrit or Dr. Justine that helps me feel my best for the whole week. I also see Dr. Stephanie for graston treatments every Friday. My combination of treatments have been helping me reach all new personal bests at the gym! Another year and my appreciate for Dr. Justine and her staff continues to grow. I was refereed here over 2 years ago and I've been taken care of like family. Being consistent in my treatment has been vital in my path to recovery. Even as I start to feel better I don't see why I would stop coming. I've been coming here for a few years ever since my company added massages to our benefits. All the staff has always been very welcoming making me feel like I'm with family. My massages have always been very satisfying, I sit in an office chair all day so tend to get pretty stiff so a monthly massage fixes me right up. Rooms have always been clean.
