Nellie and Melanie are fabulous! Nellie runs a great spa/ salon. She is personable and professional together in a beautiful package. The spa is professional, clean, friendly, and well organized. Melanie is a fantastic hair stylist. She is a genius with colours from crazy and bold to subtle and classy. She gives great ideas but also listens to what you are looking for. Her cuts are very professional and they stay tidy as your hair grows. She is up on current trends and new techniques. A gem! I first visited the Spa through a WagJag coupon that I purchased, I was a bit worried that the Spa was far from my house but purchased it anyway. Well I'm so glad I did, I have found a great Spa with great service and staff, the Spa is beautiful. Nelly and Liza have been great to me and are wonderful to deal with. It is à bit more expensive but I do recommend trying something new because this is one of those times when you move out of your comfort zone into something fabulous. read more

I booked a haircut appointment with a "respected stylist" (as per their description on their website) with many experience under his belt.... or so they say. I booked to see him at 3:30, as I plan to go right after work. That day was raining so much that the traffic was bad, obviously I was going to be late. They called me to ask me if I'm still coming to my 2:30 appointment. To which I said I booked the appointment for 3:30, and yes I will still be a little late because of the traffic. They said they have a 4:30 appointment open for me if I wanted it, to which of course I accepted. I was so glad that my day wasn't a complete waste. I get there and I told them I have the 4:30 appointment, and they were all, "Oh you're the one who had to re-book". I told them how I asked for a 3:30 appointment, not a 2:30 appointment, and I get a, "Oh, is that what happened?" in such a sarcastic tone. They said that my stylist is still busy with another customer. The stylist saw me and said it won't take long. I saw him accepting a customer who just got her hair washed. They said he was worth the wait, so I waited anyway. While waiting everyone seems to be bitter and resentful towards this stylist because he leaves his things around and he takes so long. Not so much of a "respected stylist" I guess. After a while, I asked again how long before he could accommodate me, and they said 45mins. It was already 5:15, and I have another appointment at 6pm. I asked if they could book me for another time as I don't think I will make it to my other appointment, considering how much traffic there is out there.... I get a, "Oh you're rebooking again...." So they booked me for the next day at 11:15. I get there the next day at 11am.... and I get a,"Oh you made it...." I was early, but I didn't get washed until 11:45 and didn't get my haircut until 12:30 because he still had another customer with him, who seemed upset because she had haircolour all around her face and all over her hands for some reason. So I finally met the "star"stylist, and it was the most painful experience ever. He mentioned how I had to re-book an appointment at least 8 times. I mentioned to him that I wanted a mid-length cut because I want it short but not too short because my husband likes my hair long, and he was all, "Well do YOU tell him how to get his haircut?" I like to be pretty for my husband.... so sue me. Aw the conversation for the whole appointment was so awful. I wished he would just shut up and do his job. Speaking of his job, I showed him a picture of a girl with long layers and bangs. It isn't complicated at all as I already have long hair. I even got a "That's it?!?!" from him. If it wasn't complicated, why did he do a completely different haircut? He even told me, "I know it doesn't look like the picture but don't worry, when you get home you can fix it yourself and style it like the picture" Unbelievable. So... in conclusion, I give this salon 2 stars (which in my opinion is VERY generous) for the cleanliness and ample parking. I give no stars for the service or the skill within the establishment.... It wasn't worth the re-booking or the wait. read more

I think myaesthetician's name was Karen and during our consultation she was very helpful and knowledgeable in addressing my skin concerns and how we can achieve what I have in mind. Just found out about new management, receptionist not friendly, would not honour previous gift cards, not welcoming or friendly, DO NOT ASSUme that the new management will be the same. Very disappointed on the phone and the receptionist noted some prices would increase. She also aired out the deals, dirty laundry by blaming the old owner and such. So unprofessional. My gift card was $15, would have had a pedicure but there are so many wonderful places. Not going here..FYI! read more

I love going to the spa and getting my nails done knowing they use organic products. I also get a hot beverage with home made cookies. The staff are extremely friendly and the spa and salon is very clean. They just won #1 best health spa and destination for Readers Choice Awards 2012 and best beauty salon. I can see why. read more

Went in recently with my mother-in-law for mani & pedis. We were treated well and seen promptly but our experience was far from spa-like. It was very clinical, hearing all that was wrong with our hands and feet. We didn't receive massages, just some lotion barely rubbed in. I don't feel the woman who did my treatments was qualified to recommend orthotics because she felt I pronate. Being a nurse, I checked with a podiatrist at work and he laughed at her very poor misdiagnosis. I won't be back. read more

This is my second time to this spa. I have been here twice for a massage. First off I will say the spa is beautiful! Very clean, and I mean clean!! bright, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I had a massage done by Jane let me just say she is beyond fantastic! She knew every point that was giving me pain and she would explain why I was feeling the way I was, and she even showed me exercises to do at home to help with the pain. She is very professional, and friendly and is amazing at what she does!!!! I have had many massages over the last 10 years and Jane by far gets a perfect 10! I even had a chance to meet with the owner who seems so genuine, and she is very polite as well! The only down side to both of my experiences at this spa was the level of noise in the area where the massages are being done. I think staff should be mindful of how loud they are and the staff should also tell there clients to not be so noisy. The only other input i would say is I think they should serve water at the end of a treatment. read more

I was so thoroughly impressed with Body Revival and Spa in Brampton that I needed to share my wonderful experience. I had a family wedding on October 3rd and needed a salon that opened early in the morning and also offered make-up application services so I could get everything done under one roof and get done in time for the church ceremony. Thankfully my son's girlfriend discovered Body Revival and suggested we give them a try for our needs. My first encounter was with Melissa over the phone to book our appointments. She was so friendly, professional and accommodating. She was so confident that we would be well taken care of and have our needs met that in my mind I was already comfortable and trusted this place would have our needs met. I had an amazing overall experience from the minute I walked through the doors. The place is so welcoming, as are the efficient, friendly and competent staff! I had my nails done on Friday October 2nd, by Jennifer. After a few minutes of conversing with Jennifer I felt like I was speaking with an old friend. She went through the whole process of picking nail colours with me and explaining everything she was going to do before even touching me. Needless to say my nails looked amazing! I returned on Saturday October 3rd with my son's girlfriend for our hair and make-up applications. Again, a very positive experience. We were greatly promptly by a very efficient staff, offered coffee, latte, tea etc and waited a few mere minutes before our beauty transformations began. I was so impressed with the staff washing their hands frequently before beginning a new task. My hair stylist was Thao, This young man is so passionate about his work it shows in the way he handles your hair and how he actually listens to what the client wants! He did an amazing updo for me which was exactly what I had in mind. I also had the pleasure of having Thao apply my make-up. Again I noticed his passion for his work and his attention to detail. He was so attentive to my requests and I came out of that salon looking and feeling amazing. I received so many compliments for my looks at the dinner reception and I gladly told everyone about this little jewel of a spa of in Brampton. I have another family wedding on October 17th and I am so looking forward to being transformed once again by this wonderful staff of professionals.
