I had heard so many wonderful things about Justine Miller and I was very excited when I finally got the opportunity to work with her. My experience with her from beginning to end was fabulous! My experience started with her assistant, Tori. Tori was so nice and so helpful and truely went out of her way to answer all of my questions. She worked with me to find a date that worked for us and location that fit what we were looking for. Right from the beginning she told me what the turn around times would be for everything so I knew exactly what to expect with working with them. The first time I talked to Justine was at the photo shoot and she was truely amazing! I have a three and a six year old and my three year old especially, is very shy around new people and so it makes it very diffifult to get good pictures of him. I don't know how she did it, but Justine knew exactly what to say to both the kids to make them laugh and/or smile on que! She took amazing photos and really captured the personalities of both the kids and our family. The photo shoot was fun and easy. We got to see our photos within the time frame we were told (actually, it was a few days earlier than we were expecting to see them) and they advised us to choose asap in order to get them back quicker for Holidays cards. I ordered them on a Friday night and also sent an email telling her the two photos I wanted to use for Christmas cards and that Monday she had emailed me those two photos so that I could start my Christmas cards. The other digital files and prints that I ordered were also done sooner than I expected so I was very excited when I got them. Overall my experience was just fantastic. Tori and Justine are both great people to work with, very nice and helpful. Justine is very talented at what she does. The photos came out wonderful and we got them back in the time we were told up front. This is the forth on location photographer I have used in the last two years and by far the very best. All in all a great experience and I can't wait to have her take our pictures again next year. I would definitely, without a doubt, recommend her. read more

I have had 2 GREAT experiences with Justine. My husband and I had Justine take our engagement pictures in the Summer of 2011, and she literally climbed a mountain for us in 100 degree temps! The pictures turned out great, and she was very helpful throughout the ordering process. Next, she took photos for us for our first anniversary in October of 2012. We brought our incredibly energetic puppy with us for these, and she was so patient with his craziness! My favorite part about this session was that she remembered us from our engagement session from over a year before. She didn't only remember who we were, but she remembered details of our lives that we had shared through conversation. If our wedding hadn't been in Minnesota, I would have definitely used Justine for our wedding photographer as well. She listens to what you want and is totally open to trying those crazy pinterest ideas you've found. I honestly don't know what some of these negative posts are complaining about!! People should accept that you are not her only client, and it takes a lot of time and effort to create images both you and Justine will be proud of. I would rather wait knowing that Justine is taking her time editing my photos so that they look great than get cruddy pictures back immediately because the editing process was rushed. And if she was as horrible as some of these other posts make her sound, why would she be so booked up!? Last minute is never the way to go with a photographer, BOOK IN ADVANCE!!! I have nothing but kind and wonderful words to say about Justine as a person and as a photographer! My husband and I got married in Arizona and unfortunately the first time around decided to have a "friend" take our wedding pictures. We were devastated with what we had got back from our "friend". After much thought my husband and I decided to redo our wedding pictures and could not be more THRILLED that we chose Justine the second time around. She was professional, on time, friendly. Even though we were only redoing the portrait pictures, she completely put us at ease and made me feel like a bride all over again. She gave me what I was completely missing from not choosing the right photographer the first time, that "Look at me, take pictures of me! I'm the bride!". And she did all of this with the flu!!!! I could not image her all full speed and 100% health! We received our proofs promptly and after we ordered the pictures we received those in an extremely timely manner as well. All of my communication with Justine, during the whole process, was handled in a very timely manner. I look at my pictures now and smile all time because of Justine. I will use her again for more pictures in the future and am very thankful for her giving me what I was missing. The only downside to finding her is the fact that we don't live in Arizona!!!!!! My husband and I had both our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures taken by Justine Miller. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and made us feel 100% at ease from the get go. Her photos are breathtaking. She is easy to work with, easy to order from, and easy to plan with. We had an awesome experience with Justine for our engagement photos. We weren't able to select her for our wedding photo's because we were married in the Chicago area, but she made time for us just as if we were a high-paying client. We ran through three locations of photos, at-least 500 pictures, capped off with a 10 minute shoot atop Papago Park where we had amazing sunset photos. You should have seen her hikin' up that mountain in all her gear! One of our pictures ended up so good, it was showcased a valley magazine for weddings. We have used photos from all locations many of times for announcements and Christmas cards since the session (3.75 years ago!) and still love them. Great job Justine! read more

Bought the Groupon and had to reschedule my appointment. She was so accommodating! Showed up to the park with a teenager that hardly ever smiles, a grumpy husband and three crazy dogs! She grabbed shots so efficiently the pups barely had time to get tired. The results were great! She was very direct with ordering and I didn't have a problem picking up pics. Luckily we had these pictures taken as our dog got sick and was gone shortly after we picked them up. I'm so grateful she was flexible, talented and patient. Justine did my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. She did a great job and captured the moments I want to remember with my friends and family forever. We had our engagement pictures done last spring with Justine, using her fabulous Groupon offer. We loved the pictures and were able to schedule an appointment with her - no problem. She even drove 45 miles from her studio to meet us on location in Cave Creek. In less than an hour, she took so many different poses & shots - it looked like we had worked all day. Justine took senior pictures of my son. She did a wonderful job. She went above and beyond with the entire process. She drove out of her way to come to the location that we selected. She made my son comfortable and relaxed. The pictures are the BEST that we've ever had made of him.
