I finally called the number provided in the email and left a voicemail. Someone reached back out via text asking how they could help (?!). I sent them screenshots of my appointment and asked if they had a record...still have not heard back from them. How disappointing (and frustrating) that a company who's purpose is to help people, doesn't even respond to them or acknowledge their appointment.

I wanted some one besides me to work with my son who was struggling with college, stress and life in general. I had to reach out many times when my son did not hear back or he forgot or whatever and it just got to be stressful on us. It was very unprofessional and disappointing all around.
