justus has refused to credit our credit card for nearly $400 of money we paid justus to move an elder into crestwood south. we have all the receipts that we paid nearly $400 to justus and gave justus a check for $8,500 to cover expenses for the elder from which funds we were to be reimbursed/credited by justus.
justus blocks our emails and refuses to give us back the $200 deposit for a safety alert pendant that was never even given to the elder. incredibly, justus charges a $200 "refundable" deposit for a guardian pendant for which there is supposed to be no deposit at all, and then justus refuses to refund the deposit for the pendant never received by the elder.
we would never refer any of our clients or friends to justus, which treats people with disdain and breaks its own representations. both the staff and administration treat professionals with disdain. one staff member actually was spreading gossip that an 82-year-old woman claimed that she was taken from her crestwood south apartment at night, "prostituted," and returned the next morning unscathed! what kind of staff spreads such gossip? read more
