Had friends move out over the weekend due to their upfront neighbors constantly arguing over money issues (thin walls) plus stench of dope deplorable from those neighbors. Friends that moved called Board of Health, filed against their neighbors with DCS and reported broke down vehicle with expired plates not to mention their neighbors own a huge pitbull, never cleaned up feces. This place doesn't even know these people moved. They filed with prosecutor to have landlord fined for upfront neighbors causing issues, dealing, and domestic squabbles, violating codes on lease. My friends lived their since Aug but had issues with upfront neighbors since oct/Nov.
