Unfortunately, that decision has caused me nothing but problems. Last year, I experienced roof leaks that led to damage inside my home. What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. It took multiple emails to Tyler Morgan and numerous phone calls with different employees just to get someone to come out. The first person they sent told me there was nothing wrong with my roof and that they don't cover interior damage. After reviewing my roofing warranty, I found that statement to be completely false. After reaching out again, they finally sent a second contractor. He was great, seemed knowledgeable, and "fixed" both the roof and the interior damage. I felt relieved at the time--but that didn't last. Now, I'm dealing with water damage again in the exact same spot, plus a new area nearby. I first reached out to Tyler on March 16 and have since sent four additional emails with zero response. I also called on March 19 and spoke with a receptionist who assured me someone would come out the next day to take photos. No one showed up, and no one followed up. Since then, I've called over 20 times and have gotten absolutely nowhere. At this point, the lack of communication is unacceptable. The customer service is the worst I've experienced. It genuinely feels like they are avoiding me to get out of honoring their warranty and paying for the damage. My warranty expires in September. I will be getting this resolved one way or another, and if I don't hear back by next week, I will be pursuing legal action. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually stands behind their work.

Richard was easy to reach, understood what I needed and was able to give me a ballpark price after I sent him a picture of the issue. He arrived when he said he would, did great work, did it for the price he had estimated earlier AND cleaned everything up. I know, that's weird for most experiences like this...right? They were all very personal, professional and worked really hard to get it done the way that we wanted. They are very affordable for the level of workmanship. They put tarps up to protect the house and made sure nothing was left. You wouldn't even know they were here except for the beautiful roof they left behind. Purchasing was simple and they worked out the financing. They worked really well with our insurance company to make sure we could get everything possible for wind damage that we had. I wont need a new roof for a long time but if I do, I'll come back to Element.

Please do not use Kingdom Roofing. I had been having issues with my roof, especially around the…read moredormers. I had Kingdom out for inspection and estimate. The salesperson delivered a good pitch to get my money. I specifically told him we have issues with the dormers and he said they would be take care of. Eight months after the roof was put on I noticed some water stains on ceiling. I emailed the salesperson Ryan that day and called the next day. The communication was decent in the beginning but declined from there. A crew was sent to my house on Friday March 28th. I was home all day and they never approached me or let me know they were there so I could ask questions. It then took till April 7 to to get a response from the production manager about what was going on. I was told that there was some missing house wrap around the dormer and that is where water was getting in. Overall not happy with Kingdom at all. The communication is very poor. They did not preform a good inspection with the information I gave them about the dormer being a problem. They just wanted to get paid for a new roof. I definitely do not recommend Kingdom Roofing.

We requested Kingdom Roofing come out and quote us the work, repair or replacement. 1. They sent over Blade who inspected the roof as per our request and provided a quote 2. The report that was compiled whilst onsite was very complete and used a drone to get multiple photos to communicate and show the roofs condition 3. The options for materials, manpower and other items to complete the job were clearly provided in the quote / report. 4. The options for finance if we chose not to pay cash were clearly provided 5. Once we verified and confirmed to have the roof replaced and how to pay, we had about 1 month wait (mostly for county permits) 6. The materials were dropped off at our location and about 2 weeks later the new roof was put on. 7. The work crew were very fast, polite and professional. 8. Each time my wife or I contacted Kingdom about a request, we had a response within an acceptable timeframe (about a day or so for email and much quicker by phone). 9. At the completion of the job, we are extremely happy with the process, it did take some time to have the work start from approval being given though. Finally, as a person who works in Project Management, I understand the different steps and government layers that need to be completed before starting the job onsite. All up, I am extremely happy with the whole process that Kingdom has presented us and with the end result.
