They're open Monday through Friday. Lunch is from 1pm to 2pm daily. Monday to Thursday they're open from 9am to 5pm and on Friday 7:30am to 5pm. They have two locations, one in Hialeah (close to Hialeah Gardens) and one in Pembroke Pines. You can reach them via phone at 305 400 9702. In reference to obtain an appointment, it is relatively easy and they try to accommodate you. If the doctor isn't available they will offer the physician assistant or nurse practitioner to see you. A loved one is seen by one or the doctors here, has nothing but good things to say. I believe the staff is bilingual (English and Spanish). The Hialeah location has a parking lot, there is plenty of parking plus it's free. They do accept several health insurances, call them to check if yours is accepted.
