DO NOT GO HERE!!! They burned me and now I have scars on my legs. I went to Jessica for laser hair removal on July 1st. She asked if I had been tanning in the last 2 weeks. I said no I haven't been tanning in two months because I was doing microneedling. She started the laser treatment on my shins because that was the part that she said hurt the most. Then she moved up to my thigh. I told her no that one hurts way worse. I kept complaining about how bad the thigh hurt but she said that's normal and kept going. She started the other leg and I said wow my thigh feels like I have a really bad sunburn. Again, she told me that was normal and kept going. I continually was complaining about how the front of my thighs were burning and she always explained it was normal. When we were finally done she looked at my thighs and seemed very nervous. That's when she told me to put aloe on them and gave me her personal phone number. I went home and all night my thighs were in intense pain. I went out and bought lidocaine aloe bc it was so painful. I spent the whole week indoors miserable. I couldn't even participate in that weekends plans because of it. Plans she was well aware I had because we talked about them! It's now October and I have hypopigmentation from the burns. They're all over my thighs in the shape of little rectangles. I've seen a dermatologist and 3 other estheticians all who looked horrified and said it will take years to go away. It's so embarrassing I have to cover my legs at all times. After continually asking for my money back they finally did and offered me some "free facials" as reimbursement for the pain I suffered but I would have to drive an hour and a half away. I declined and said it was ridiculous they'd insult me with that. I'm currently going through legal options for pain and suffering. No amount of money will make any of this better and I'd give anything to go back and never make the mistake of going here. I know I've read reviews like this before and thought oh maybe that's an isolated incident. Trust me it's not. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I receive a number of services with them at their Eau Claire location. Jackie is by far the most amazing esthetician I have ever worked with. I have had hydrafacials done at other spas in the past and none have compared. Jackie really takes her time and does what makes sense for your skin. She makes you feel comfortable, and is incredibly knowledgeable able to answer the many questions I always have!
