Yes comes across as good ol business guy I also a greed to let him sell me a refurbished Generator he installed it on a Monday while I was at work he called me when I was on my home an said everything was working perfectly an would meet me there to get his money 6000.00 I was home before he got there an noticed he didn't put in ground wires When I asked about them he said he ran out of them an would be back next day to put them in so then I asked him to show me how it works an simulate a power outage then he got a attitude an said I guarantee everything works perfect but I insisted he showed me it worked well guess what it didn't work at all said he would fix it but the more I thought about it I told him to remove it I didn't want to do business with him he said I paying him or he would put me in the hospital eating through a stral he said in front of my neighbor he also said karma was gonna get me for this Humm so now him an his buddy's are stalking me an tried to catch me on 69 on my motorcycle going into Port Huron long story short he highly pissed because his scam didn't work nor his bullying with me So too you Vickie J or anyone else reach out to me if you want a witness to go to court on your behalf my neighbor would probably go too I feel sorry anyone getting involved in this so called business I also forgot to mention he cut the main wirein out the main breaker to fuse panel so I to hire a electrician to fix it so I had power again read more

This guy will sell you a generator with issues. Yes, we knew it was used. He said it was a working, tested unit. Never worked from day 1 and all we got was excuses. He told us it was not working because of the gas not having enough pressure. That was a lie. Consumers tested the pressure and got a different pressure than he did. He ran it on propane but it did not provide power to the house even then. His point was that it could run on propane. Natural gas didn't work. I called consumers back out to check when I smelled gas. Consumers shut off our gas because when he ran this new flex gas line through my basement, he never put shut off valves on it. Because of the way the flex line was pulled through by my other pipes, there was a gas leak that started in the basement too. We had to have someone come and run a new gas pipe to our hot water tank and put in one of the shut off valves so consumers could come back and turn on our gas so we would not freeze. He came back out to put in a shut off valve outside of the generator. He told me it was not leaking gas but then later found the leak and had to order and wait on a part. He did come out to change the part and fixed the gas leak. Unit still didn't work. He stated we needed more pressure. We called consumers and for them to increase our pressure, they just wanted his license number and a signature stating our stove, hot water heater, and furnace could handle the extra pressure. He refused to provide that information and said Consumers needs to provide more gas. They couldn't without having the information on the form I provided to him. We had to have a company come out to do this certification and tell us what we needed to do when Consumers provided the extra gas pressure so our furnace didn't blow up. Providing that upgrade without such info could be dangerous. We had the other company run a 1" line since he put 1/2" to go about 75'. Consumers then had to come out and test everything and change the meter. This generator still isn't running. It is not getting power to the house. Runs a few seconds and then shuts off. Had a person check out the generator because he refuses to return calls now that he has our money. It's going to cost another $2000 to get this generator running. Looks like we see court in our future for all the money we've had to pay out for a piece of garbage now in my backyard. It's been months now with no resolution. I'm "not" sure this guy is a Generac certified. So far its cost me $9000 for a used 20KW that he sold me as used / new said all was new but the case and he would warranty it 6mo but Generac would not i was ok with that because of Generac quality. Do yourself a favor get a real Generac dealer who stands behind there work .
