He finally called Roy one day, and he was over at our house in Lexington within a few minutes and fixed the problem all within the 1 hour lunch break that my husband was on. Roy is a true professional and so experienced. He started working as a plumber at a young age and is really amazing at his job! We really appreciate that he explained what he was doing and taught my husband a thing or two if this problem happened again. He also gave us a 6 month warranty. We signed up for duct replacement and Tony and Daniel showed up at 0800 AM a few days later, installed drop cloth's in entry, up the stairs, and into closet area with attic entry, and carefully removed closet shelving and got top work. Within 4 hours old ducting was removed, new Kevlar coated, insulated ducting was installed, shelving in closet entry was re-installed, and all areas cleaned. This was a tough job as attic area is quite cramped, and like a labyrinth. New ducting works well, just in time for the heat of the last few days. A great AND very reasonably priced job.
