Robles added a whole new section to the driveway, alongside the existing concrete that has been there 15+ years. Within less than a year, the Robles concrete began to erode, crack and crumble badly. However the existing concrete driveway remained in great condition. The contractor and a Robles tried to explain it away by saying we were using chemicals on the driveway for snow melt that eroded the concrete , however the original concrete was quality and unharmed after 15 years and remained so. And even in areas of the driveway where we never use any snow melt, the concrete was degrading fast. Upon sending videos to both our contractor and Robles, the answer we got was that the concrete is only guaranteed for a year and we have no Options for fixing it. Not what we wanted to hear after spending $12,000+. So I'm sharing this review to warn anyone else clear away from using Robles Bros and making the same mistake we did. Check carefully who your contractor is using if you are not engaging the concrete sub yourselves. I am including photos of the awful quality concrete here and if it works I'll also post a video. As of writing this review, both Robles and Prana have elected to ignore the issue and not attempt to fix or remedy the situation. Pretty devastating given the amount of money invested.

I'm getting the runaround from this company following an incident that occurred on I-25N, about 12…read moremiles out of Fort Collins, on 8/19/20, while I was traveling cross-country. I was driving in the left lane, and a Long's Peak Landscape truck and trailer were in the right lane. In a bumpy construction zone, a rock flew from their vehicle and struck the hood and windshield of my car, causing damage to both. My daughter was in the passenger seat, and she was able to grab some photos quickly, before the truck exited the freeway. One photo clearly shows another loose rock on the trailer. Being in the left lane, I wasn't able to follow the truck off the freeway, but I called the company at my next rest stop. The very kind receptionist assured me they would take care of the damage, and she asked me to send photos and full information, which I did immediately. They asked me to get a repair estimate, which I provided to them after I arrived home in CA. After 2 weeks passed with no response, I reached out again and was told to file a claim with my insurance company, which would then work with their insurance company for a resolution. Three months have now passed. My insurance company has been reaching out repeatedly, and Long's Peak has refused to put them in touch with their insurance so we can resolve this. My insurance company says there's nothing else they can do if Long's Peak won't cooperate. Now I am faced with living with the damage to my 2 year old car OR paying the $1000 deductible to get the damage repaired myself. Long's Peak Landscape was irresponsible in operating a vehicle with loose rocks on it, on public roads. I'm contacting an attorney to see what it will take to get this settled.

He talked me into this "wonderful" spray and I wouldn't have weeds for 2 years. Well guess what? WEEDS I wanted a sprinkler system assessment, he said ok and they would do that and turn on the system for season. I needed some other stuff done as well. I asked that they let me know when they were coming, nothing. They supposedly came and did stuff when I wasn't home. They started up my sprinkler system but I still have not gotten the assessment. I do not recommend this company at all. No follow through and I think they don't do half the stuff they charge for. We asked for a drain to be stubbed into the slab which he said he could do then when it came time to do it he said he didn't know how to. We asked for semi circle steps and we got rectangular ones. He was supposed to leave 2.5" for stone work on the stairs and he left 4". They had to borrow tool, and damaged out hot tub cover. I do not rec using Tellez concrete.

It was complicated by having to piece the two systems ( the original and the new) together and restore what the excavator/builders had destroyedwhere the new addition went.
