I'd rate JVM Zero if I could. I entered into a contracted iPod Touch repair with them on eBay, in early 2013 and the repair was TERRIBLY botched. But even worse, the owner refused to do ANYTHING to make the situation right, even though documentation highlighted the shoddy workmanship. The owner insisted there was previous damage that made the repair impossible (which makes me wonder why he attempted it, rather than sending it back to me, un-repaired). I have since had the unit re-repaired locally and it is now in perfect working condition. I was able to get a refund from eBay but not until I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. I had a great experience with this company! I turned to them to fix my home desktop computer! I had spent my time making multiple trips to best buy, in which I received horrible services and ended up with a computer that still would not operate.
