They are a little pricey, but do have a maintenance program that charges less overall for regular sprays. So far, it has worked, but the Orkin techs still couldn't seem to understand how or where they just appeared. It looks like the problem has been solved but we might need to use them again in the future. The only real drawback is the time it took to get a tech out here to begin with. We called and Orkin couldn't get anyone out here (it was an emergency lol) for a few days- that is not appropriate. Other than that, it was okay.

Jay was prompt, thorough and knowable... he found the hole within 15 minutes in addition to a few hornet nests we were not aware of ( he didn't change extra to exterminate the bee's nests). Jay took his time and did a thorough examination... we have an interesting layout in the basement, partial Michigan basement, partial crawl and part walkout but he got right to business fearlessly and filled in all the little spots the squirrels and mice were using to gain access to the house.
