I had a necklace with a tiny clasp. I took the necklace to King Jewelers to purchase a larger…read moreclasp. The jeweler put a larger lobster clasp and ring on my chain. Additionally, I had a ring sized down. After about 2 weeks, I was called to pick up my jewelry. It cost over $152. I am not sure that is a good price. My last purchase of a larger lobster clasp and ring along with ring downsize at another store less than a year ago was half price. Maybe prices have skyrocketed in less than a year. I really do not know.

Barely within the 48 hour window, they sent a reply. But not about the request for a quote; it seems I inadvertently signed up for spam email. I asked to be removed from their mailing list, but that request has yet to be honored. Looking out-of-town for support, but shouldn't have to.
