They were SO very helpful in helping me get my dress fitted in time for a wedding. They are very sweet ladies. I had a multi-layer, difficult to hem, chiffon gown. Anna's was able to do it in a week for me! They hemmed it perfectly. I am so happy I found this place when I was in a pinch, and am looking forward to giving them more business in the future. My dress was ready for pickup exactly a week after I dropped it off, which was precisely the expectation they set when I dropped it off. I believe Frances truly cares about her clients. I tried on the dress upon pickup, and the top had been tucked and wasn't laying quite right. Frances listened compassionately and immediately undid the tuck to fix it so that I would be comfortable on the day of the wedding. She even re-did it while I waited so I wouldn't have to come back.
