Started looking into contractors to put in a patio and fire pit pad in the backyard in 2020 just as…read morethe pandemic was taking off. I was recommended ML Total Property Solutions by a co-worker and decided to go with them because their work looked good and my co-worker spoke very highly of the owner Matthew. Pandemic came around, took a year to get the stone in (which whatever, extra time for me to save money) and once it was in they where there doing the job. 2021 June rolled around and everything went fine with the installation, Matthew and his team made the appropriate changes that they missed from our original plan. After the team finished up the job and left is when the issues became noticeable. They destroyed the back-lane with no attempt to fix the massive ruts which has caused issues to multiple neighbors fences and made the back-lane a much rougher drive for those of us who use it. Matthew told myself and some neighbors they would come and dump a load of dirt and smooth things out and reposition the fence posts that had shifted during the use of the back-lane. But that never happened. They left the yard covered in dirt filled with rocks. I had to go around and pick out all the larger ones so I didn't catch them with the lawn mower and cause an incident. Come October 2021 and there is grass growing between all of the patio stones. I began contacting Matthew via e-mail about this, because he had verbally told me that any issues in the 1st year he will fix no questions asked. The e-mails have gone unanswered. I even complained to my co-worker who recommended him, who contacted him and also got his sister to contact him, which has also lead to nothing. Now that the snow and melt is pretty well done in our yard, the fire pit pad isn't even in the ground. The ground has settled so much it has made issues much more noticeable. You can also now see giant ruts left from the machine in my yard which will make lawn care a giant hassle this year. 0/10 recommend this company. And I will be escalating this as far as I can.

He wouldn't return my messages. Most of the work was never even attempted, let alone completed. I reached out to the police, but they said there was little they could do. I'm probably out about $3k...beware of this company and of Matthew in particular. At this point, I'm not even sure it's a legitimate company.

The Lawn Guy who advertises moving help for jobs, "big or small" with "guaranteed satisfaction" and…read moreservice "with a smile" was rude and nasty when I simply inquired about a flat rate quote on a small moving job. Instead he could have just told me his rates. He clearly doesn't understand professionalism in small business or that word of mouth can make or break a business. I would be uneasy about hiring someone so disrespectful. I mean, how would such a nervy-mannered person treat your valued posessions when moving them?
