We had to have our cabinets repainted. They were supposed to sand off old paint, prime, and…read morere-paint. They sanded very little and repainted over chipped off paint areas which left ridges and pocks in the finish. They did not secure some of the knobs that were temporarily removed and I have had 2 fall off (previously have had zero issues with knobs in the 9 years we used them). Painters were friendly but left garbage behind and tape inside the drawers. Definitely not a professional job.

He was also hired to renovate the upstairs bath, but always had an excuse for over 6 weeks why he could never begin the job. Unfortunately, Eric is not what or who he claims to be. His overall professional behavior earns him a zero; this man is a con and he will play you! His daily chatter of how good he is at everything was quite the demonstration of an extremely dishonest person, one who has total disrespect for others, especially those of a different race. He was very good at exaggerating and wasting time. I fired him after 6 weeks for a job that should've taken two! On the day he was fired, Eric verbally attacked me in my home for calling his attention to areas he claimed were finished, but I have evidence they were not. I even tried to apologize for being picky, OMG!!! His reply shouting as if I was a block away "don't even talk cuz I don't want to hear it...ya know apologies are like assholes, everybody's got one!"

I quote from the voicemail transcription - "l don't feel like messing with you and your husband....I really don't want to do business with you sorry so don't call me back. Bye". Imagine his surprise when I called him the following morning & made him commit to a date. To his credit, his employee arrived around 7 am last Saturday, 2 days before the Monday commitment. Clifford doggedly scraped & primed & scraped & primed - working from 7 am to 7 pm on Saturday & Sunday. He painted from 7 -7 on Monday & completed the job Tuesday morning. Clifford did a great job & we appreciate the extra efforrt. Unfortunately, Clifford's A+ effort & job couldn't overcome his boss's lack of professionalism.
