I was picking up an item for a friend & only had the brand name not realizing the many versions of the item. The guy was yelling & continuously referring to me as "ma'am" when all I wanted was to view options of the product. He was unwilling to accommodate me although no one else was waiting in line. That will be my last visit to this place. Better hiring practices should be used to increase chances of actually getting candidates who know how to provide customer service professionally.
