No one takes any accountability and good luck if your portal is glitching or not working. Im not the only one that feels this way, other students post about it and chat about it frequently. Eye level has put good efforts into making thorough and interesting materials for students to learn. However, what makes this facility 5 star is the Director of Westford location--Mr. Michael Kim.
