A bit pricey ($125 or it might have been $150.) for maybe 15 - 20 minutes. But I don't want to have trouble locking or unlocking a screen door (attached to my main door) especially in the evening, so I am not complaining. I would use them again without hesitation.

Well it's been several days now, and nobody has called, and obviously no one is going to bother calling. Probably he threw my number in the garbage. The guy i spoke to was also sort of unpleasant. It was his tone. He told me if the bars are going on bedroom windows you need quick release per the codes. I told him they're going in the living room. He said in some cities you even need quick release for the living room. Hey that's my problem. You just sell me what i'm asking for, and let me worry about the codes. If there's a fire in front, you just go out the back door. Sounds like he's trying to talk me out of buying anything. I am done with them. I found my bars elsewhere and they're fine, and cost less than their prices anyway. Can't be bothered to call the customer, OK, that's your loss buddy.

The installation was a big job-they had to go underneath the house and run wiring through many access points for all seven cameras. Had a project to replace my old lorex system with one I got from Costco. Cory's initial response…read morewas quick and gave a reasonable quote. I sent pictures of the positions of our current cameras to be replaced to Cory. Dusty and Vinny came out and did a quick walk around of what they were going to do. Found out they would leave some of the PoE cables exposed without using UV resistant cables. Work was completed in half a day on installing 8 cameras and the system was running perfectly. After they completed the installation and left, I discovered our OTA reception to our tv was poor. I went up in the attic and found the antenna was damaged. Luckily, I was able to correct the antenna enough to get a good signal to the tv. I also noticed that they forgot to remove one of the old cameras. Contacted Cory and he said they would come out to remove the old camera. After 2 scheduled times to come out, Cory said the installers didn't remove the camera because it would leave a large hole. There was no further contact from Cory concerning removing the camera. I ended up removing the camera myself, which only left 2 small screw holes. Overall the cabling looks great with only short sections of the cables exposed and not in direct sunlight. We just wish that the installers would have let us know about the damage to the antenna, since mistakes do happen and that after the work being completed their follow-up was better.
