Just had K&B Hauling take away a few items from my mother-in-law's old apt. as she moved into Memory Care this week. They were on time, efficient and caring. Kyle introduced himself right away and took out the junk. Then offered for a small extra charge to bring a couple of larger items home so we could sell them. Brittany was personable on the phone. I called K&B Hauling to get a quote to remove some junk in our neighborhood that was left behind by the waste company. It was right at the entrance of our new development and such an eye sore. We received the initial quote based on photos and Brittany in the office said she would call Kyle to see if he could take a look to give us a more precise quote. Meanwhile, I was going to try to rally some neighbors to pitch in $$ so we could get it removed. Brittany called back a few mins later and said Kyle could come out ASAP and remove it for us. Fortunately another neighbor was able to get waste management to agree to come pick up what they left behind and we didn't have to use K&B but after their wonderful customer service and quick response, I will definitely use them for any hauling needs. This company is amazing! I unfortunately hired a waste removal company off of Angi's list (Load It Up Waste Removal) that not only took advantage of me financially, they didn't take all of my trash, and then they dumped my moving boxes on someone's property instead if taking them to the dump. I was contacted by the property owner and, needless to say, I was pretty upset. Meanwhile, completely on their own, K and B Hauling contacted both me and the property owner and offered to pick up and dispose of the trash for free. On short notice and during one of the worst storms in recent memory, they fit me in in to have a storage unit emptied and a bunch of stuff from my parent's backyard. Johnny was sent over to give us an estimate. I thought it was a little high, but I had a good feeling with this company. They were absolute rockstars. After agreeing to the quoted price, Johnny picked up Christian to help him with the job and they started. They were insanely fast workers. They wiped out a backyard clean up in 45 minutes and a storage unit in another 45 minutes...with 20 minutes of that being my fault for getting stuck on a work call...but, they patiently waited for me to make sure I got the result I wanted. Johnny is a great guy. Very personable. I enjoyed our conversation and his ability to be very personable while getting stuff done. Christian was a rockstar too. He's not as personable, but he's professional and gets stuff done. They made a usually terrible situation shockingly beast and even enjoyable. Simply put...you get what you pay for. I may have paid a little more, but it was an absolutely no stress occurrence where everything was done exactly as I wanted it to go. This company is amazing. Very professional! They came out today to remove some trash from some construction we are having done. They took the time to get everything, then rake the dirt so it looked cleaner and then even cleaned up any additional mess on the cement. They also moved some rocks from one spot in the yard to another. Once again making sure everything was clean when they were done.
