Chris came the same day to pick up a 48 inch vanity. I called another place, who needed an in-person consult first, before hauling the vanity. I just wanted to get rid of it and didn't have time to schedule an in-person consult. This other places wanted to charge 30% more for labor, even though my husband and I already moved it to the curb. I shouldn't have worried - this went so smoothly - CT's was responsive from the start, and really put me at ease that he would be here when he said. He was even flexible when I found out my new furniture was coming earlier than expected and was able to remove my awful old couches just as the delivery truck with the new stuff was pulling up. I got a response back from CT within minutes and after a quick call he was already in the area of my home. Him and his buddy show up, gave me a great rate, very nice to chat with and fast fast fast. Tossed all my items onto his trailer. Strapped it down and they were out of there. Under 10 minutes, I had a 25' valance for my drapes and a second one that was 15' and both made out of solid wood. I had tons of boxes from us moving in recently some flattened and others not. He took my old paint and supplies.
