Moving cross country with my daughter and 3 cats when we had a nasty blowout on the car. Waited for AAA for a few hours with promises of arrival anytime, then a call back saying they can't help us. So we start panic calling, as we have already been sitting in car at over 100 degrees for a few hours. Most businesses did not pick up since it was after hours on the HOLIDAY weekend of the 4th of July. However, Scott from SWS did call me back almost immediately! He got on his phone very quickly to start calling around to businesses that he has a relationship with, and set up a tow flat bed, and people who assist in getting us a tire and possibly a rim - even though it was a holiday. He was on his way to a family function that he needed to attend and yet he first asked if he could come and provide water or food for us until the truck could get there. When he got to the function, he again called to make sure that the tow had showed up, and who it would be. He again called to check on us that night, to be sure we were safe somewhere and that replacement was in process. One more call the next day to make sure we were on the road and all was good. How do you say thank you enough to a business that didn't make a red cent off of his personal caring - but made two women on the long hot road home, feel safe and that someone really did care? Scott and family - we will always be grateful for your kindness, and the safely you provided to our situation.

Upon moving back to Dublin, I couldn't remember where I had obtained services for my vehicle.  Then  I noticed a pink building on Jackson.  (Thank goodness color blindness doesn't run in my family!) I made an appointment  and was blown away by the customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness.  Not to mention that they made me feel like family too. When you come in to the business you meet Ms. Diane, my "sister from another mother." She is the example of excellence in customer service,  empathy and honesty, and just plain awesome.  It shows! Mr. Justin is personable, knowledgable, honest and a confident visionary of the  highest order.  He explained to me succinctly, about his vision for all encompassing vehicle care for all vehicle types and makes and a fair price for these services.  I'm with it!!!...And, I understood what he was talking about without the need of visual aids or charts/graphs. I will now not go anywhere else but this "Auto Spa".  I will commute, if need be, because I am confident that my Bessie is in good hands.

When I say I feel like we underpaid for the service we received, that would be the truth. Our Explorer was so clean. We did get the deluxe package that was everything they offer. It looks brand new. I will not hesitate to use them again or refer them to any friends. Every crook and cranny was cleaned. We were able to drop off the night before the scheduled appointment, but they also offer pick-up and drop-off for a small fee.

We were recommended Dublin Auto by a friend after our car's engine died. We were told to ask for TJ…read moreand he'd take care of us and boy did he! He let us take our time picking the car we needed, talked us through all of the processes; even allowed several test drives; and let us look through the car's mechanics as much as we felt we needed. Everyone was very friendly while we were there and the down payment was very fair. TJ explained all of our paperwork and let us ask any questions before we signed the dotted line. About a week after we signed the papers we were about to head out of town when the transmission went out. We called him and he said to take it to one of his mechanics. We slowly got it there and they started to do their scans and look through the systems. We had to leave the car with them due to our scheduling, but TJ made sure we knew everything that was happening with the car. They were able to find a new transmission that worked and we were able to pick up the car and take it back with us. At one point we did fall behind on a few payments, and TJ was very understanding with the situation just a very kind person all around, we've never had that dealing with other car lots. And before we knew it we made our final payment on the car! It didn't even take a year! The car is still running amazingly and we are very happy with it. We would recommend this business to anyone and we would probably go back for another car as well! Thank you TJ and Dublin Auto for everything!
