The staff runs like clockwork. Communication skills, especially with my limited hitch and trailer knowledge was on point. My hitch was installed in no time at all. Flat tire on the way back to Atlanta. Stranded on a rural road. Call to any service station near by. I knew the car would have to be towed to replace the tire and Tanners was there in a short period of time. I don't know the owner's son's name, but he sure took care of me, calmed me down and good company to take my mind off of much going on. Tanners had me back on the road with a new tire within an hour at a surprisingly reasonable cost. At first I thought that this was small town kindness, but really it was just a small business doing their absolute best to take care of others in need. Might just drive the 2 hours to use for any issues with my car. Kudos to you Tanner's! You don't know how much appreciated you are! read more

I left this review somewhere else, but this is probably better. I can't say enough about how great these folks were to us. Broke down at a gas station near Dublin, GA. Sunday. Truck pulling a camper. We were up the creek. No one was available. Called Tanner and was put through to an after-hours number. He immediately said "we'll get someone out to you ASAP." The mechanic came out and fixed the problem--all for a reasonable price. We are very thankful. read more

We got a flat on the side of the highway on Sunday evening, and here he actually got someone answering the phone! I believe it was Len. He told us about Georgia 511, (Who actually came and helped us air up our spare and get on the road, while State Farm and Aaa both were unresponsive or couldn't help in the way we needed!) and then later when we checked back in, he was very helpful to help us make a plan for the next morning and getting our tire repaired. I can't fit all the praise I have for this business, into one post. The amount of personal services they provided was over the top. We were introduced to Tanner by another business that was trying to assist us after AAA left us to fend for ourselves after a rear blowout . My daughter and I were moving herself and 3 cats completely across country, We were so overpacked into that car, that getting to the spare was impossible. After the first business called me back ( after business hours at this point), he took much personal time to locate someone that would help, as it was over 100 degrees, and we had been sitting on the highway for 2 plus hours at this point. Enter Terry from Tanner Service Center. He towed us to a Walmart for assistance, but they were closed. He then called his boss - Mr. Len Tanner, who opened up his shop for us, to try and assist on tire replacement. Unfortunately, he did not have the correct tire size, so he offered to order one that could arrive the next day. We chose to order all four tires at this point, and just not take another chance. He made sure we made a safe choice for ourselves as to where to stay, and then called us early the next day when the tires were on and ready to go. There is a lot more to this company and the services they provided. I just can't say enough about how kind and considerate they were, and how much above the minimum they did. Terry and Mr. Len - You are the kind of people that make the world a better place. Fantastic people!! read more

Has done Towing & Tire service multiple times Great folks

My fiancé and I were STRANDED at a gas station about 15 min outside of Dublin for 2 HOURS. AAA couldn't get us a tow truck because of the corona scare, and we couldn't find a taxi or Uber anywhere. We'd practically given up hope when my fiancé ran in to Keith. Keith had a tow truck to us in 20 minutes that drove us back to the shop. His father then drove us to Enterprise to rent a car and even stayed to make sure we were safe. God bless Kieth and everyone at Tanners. I don't know what we would've done if we hadn't run in to him. Every single person that helped us was beyond nice and understanding. I'll never forget it, and if we didn't live 3 hours away we'd be permanent customers. read more
