Thought my wife's car was looking at possibly replacing the master cylinder for her brakes. The guys found the problem was that the brake line just needed to be bled. As soon as they found the problem they let us know, so communication was spot on. Instead of paying several hundred to a thousand dollars for an unnecessary replacement they only charged the labor for the bleed, saving us some serious cash and making us lifetime customers. The shop is clean and inviting and the guys make you comfortable about the exam and diagnosis from start to finish. By far the best auto shop that I have ever worked with. First snow fall this year i got out the snow blower and pulled the cord...I had a handle in my hand and the cord recoiled into the snow blower. When I dropped it off at Bobs I asked to have the handle repaired (properly this time), I did mention that it won't start because I had left gas in it so not to worry about it. I received a text message with an estimate of appx $250 to repair the carburetor... not what I asked for...I asked them to just reattach the handle that wasn't done right the first time. I received an invoice for $60 and when I let them know that I had an issue with the invoice I was made aware that they had done me a favor by only charging me for a half hour instead of the minimum $120 per hour... gee, thanks... not knowing how to tie a knot cost me $60.
