We all got the champagne pedicure which was relaxing and thorough, though a bit out of order from what I've experienced from other salons - usually the hot towel and lotion/oil is at the end, but this was quite early here. My grandmother ended up changing her mind once she saw the color on her first nail, wanting something more softer in color, and there was a little misunderstanding with the nail technician handling her pedicure, but another tech was able to help out fairly quickly. I felt like my tech was rushing just a bit since I started a few minutes later after they wrapped my nails to soak off my previous mani, and she ended up forgetting the hot stones for me but spent more time on the leg massage so it sort of balanced out. Parking was a bit tight, especially during winter with the snowbanks, but it was fairly busy as well when we were there so that wasn't a surprise either. I felt pricing was fair; it was actually a little cheaper than what I typically pay for a gel pedi, dip mani back home in Florida.

Ashley did not ask my wife if she wanted any nail polish even though we paid for it in the package. Ashley left the room and told my wife to just enjoy the massage chair. Ashley totally disappeared. While my pedicure was getting finished, I was already feeling anxious because I noticed Ashley left twenty minutes early, she came back and asked in front of everyone how we were paying and how much of a tip we wanted to leave her. I was so uncomfortable. After I paid, while still getting my pedicure mind you, she just disappeared again. I wanted to talk to her about her hospitality after I was finished but I couldn't find her anywhere. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
