Other roofing companies from Yelp wanted to replace the entire roof while Standard Roofing found out that it was a straightforward problem they could repair. They are highly professional, courteous and exceeded our expectations. They were not out to take advantage of anybody and charged a fair price. Look no further for your roofing needs. Bond was denied but that doesn't negate the warranty for poor workmanship and trying to pass the cost on to me the customer to get it fixed. The fact remains to this day, there is a failed inspection due to the negligence and the permit remains open for which 3rd Generation has been cited by the city of University Hts.

Numerous window coil springs/balances break everytime I try to tilt them out to clean the windows. The part that breaks is cheaply made. And You have to silicone the frames so they open smoothly.
