They are highly professional, courteous and exceeded our expectations. They were not out to take advantage of anybody and charged a fair price. Look no further for your roofing needs. I needed a new chimney cover on my home. The old one was made of metal and was starting to rust…read more It had been caulked but would be starting to leak soon if not replaced. There are very few companies in the area that rebuild chimney covers. Runyon came out to provide an estimate quickly, and was able to get materials and fix the chimney cover quickly as well. The new one has a drip edge and rubber top and is sided on the side. It is a quality product that looks like it will last a very long time! The most impressive thing though was the professionalism and thoroughness of their crew. The person who came out to do the work was careful not to disturb the neighbor's yard (as my chimney is in her courtyard). They cleaned up everything. And inspected the entire roof while they were here. Any minor issues with nails and caulk or sealant were taken care of -- unfortunately many do not realize that a roof needs regular maintenance for these things -- especially in NE Ohio. They were polite and thorough and it was just an overall GREAT company to work with!

Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.
