He had been trimming my shrubs for about two and a half years. Started out fine but as time went by he became very unreliable would never show up when he said he would his lack of knowledge in my thinking started to show my shrubs kept getting larger to the point now of me having to spend quite a bit to get things back to where they should be . There was a lot of rain that week, so it wasn't surprising that he (text) messaged and asked to change the appointment to Sunday May 18th at noon. He did not show for the appointment. At about 12:30pm we text messaged him asking if he was still planning to come to the job site and provide a quote. A minute later, the phone indicated the message had been read. After 10 minutes of not receiving a reply, we called, but he would not answer the phone. I doubt he could get more unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
