Friday AM came and went w/o Alem appearing or calling. I contacted him receiving an inchoherent story about a previous job still in progress but- FOR SURE - he'd be at my house NLT 4PM. Well, that deadline passed forcing a second call. Again, apologies which prompted me to ask if Alem could manage to do the job on Saturday morning. Response: YES. Alem did show up a tad late but at this point I didn't care. He installed the window A/C and briefed me on basic operation noting that extra water drain plugs were provided and how to replace same. His work was great but I was disappointed in his lack of business sensitivity for jerking me around for a whole Friday, Overall on a scale of 1-10 I'd award a 6.

I called this morning in a panic. We had drywall/painters come to the house so we unplugged a power…read morestrip from the wall to make way for them to work. As soon as we did that, all the outlets on the entire backside of the house went dead. We tried going through the electrical panel, flipping switches on and off, but really didn't know what we were doing. Nothing worked. I called around to 4 different electricians and they were either unavailable or couldn't fit us in until mid-next week. I stumbled upon Tommy Gunn Electric and rang them up. Although he couldn't schedule us in until August, Tommy tried to help on the phone anyway. He immediately assessed the issue, asked for a photo to be sent to him of the electrical panel, and called me back to walk through what to do. Within moments, everything was up and running. Not a huge, involved fix and probably a small deal for anyone who knows their way around residential electrical work, but we are so extremely grateful and blown away by Tommy's kindness and willingness to help.
