I can't speak for the guy who had a bad experience but I have had the exact opposite. I called, within 20 minutes they had photos of the vehicle where the deer hit, and a plan going forward. Within an hour they got it to the shop and got my vehicle back to me. Absolutely professional on the phone, everyone was pleasant and responsive to my questions and were very thoughtful to make sure my insurance company was also taken care of. This is a wonderful establishment for superior services! read more

I don't typically post a review on here but I have to make an exception today. K&R Auto Body have the BEST customer service and quality of work in town hands down. The review that stated otherwise had to have called the wrong place because I have never had a negative experience at K&R. They will take care of you and your vehicle every time and will do it with the best hospitality and service. Will ONLY do business with them from now on when it comes to auto body services. read more

Courteous and professional staff including both workers and the proprietor. Clean shop (always a good sign with auto body work) I found myself stranded in Lewistown after hitting a deer on the Highway. K &R gave me high priority (though they appeared to have quite a bit of work to do) and the wrote a very thorough and professional estimate then uploaded it to the insurance co. When my insurance company was too slow, K&R worked with me to get things resolved more quickly and to my satisfaction. read more
