They were very polite and let me know that they were having a very busy morning out of town but they would get to me in the afternoon. They called back around noon as they were still busy, and called to yet another accident. When they finally arrived he was a good guy apologized for the wait and only charged me half price. Amazing! hopefully I will never need their services again but if I do I will call them first.
