I'd recommend downloading the app as you can pay and receive credits for each washer/dryer cycle. The app will also show how many machines are available and the remaining time left in the cycle. I couldn't get repairs at the time so I decided to come back later. A month later they charged me $100, despite the fact I brought my own replacement battery effectively doubling their going rate, and I had no recourse because I forgot to ask ahead of time what they would charge me.
