I sent a certified registered letter and he rejected it. Rhett Goslar, is not honoring the contract, and now it is up to me to replace all plants and trees that he is refusing to replace. To this date, I expect to be out about $1,000 just to replace the trees and plants. This does not include labor which could be another $2,000. Do not hire Rhett Goslar. He is not an honorable businessman.
