His pricing was quite fair for this large job. They began work within a week and I was incredibly impressed with his team, how clean they kept the worksite (our front courtyard) and how they cleaned up after each day's work. They were organized, methodical and worked section by section around the entire roof. The men were all hard workers and very kind.
