We found Jerry was able to install a replacement toilet the next day. It wasn't an easy job. The first new toilet he brought from the supplier was found broken when the box was opened on site. He quickly arranged for and procured another toilet and stayed late to finish the installation. Jerry is a patient, skilled technician. I get it veriscanned and the error code is for a bad torque converter which is part of the transmission repair. I Take it back to them because I had a service warranty.They had the vehicle for 12 days. To make a long story short, the exact process occurred 3 more times. So in total the had the vehicle 4 times just to get it right. The latter times I took the vehicle back to them I mysteriously started having leaks.....oil reservoir which cost me 1k to have repaired........may be coincidental but I doubt it.
