They explicitly guaranteed that everything on that checklist would be taken care of. Since I couldn't be there on the move-out date, I asked the cleaning team to send me photos to ensure everything was clean. However, my landlord later sent me pictures of a disgustingly dirty and greasy oven and microwave, among other things, and deducted $700 from my security deposit. Now, my landlord is a complete a-hole and only notified me of these deductions long after the move-out date. If I had been there, I could have communicated directly with the cleaning team. Yet, this doesn't excuse the cleaning team's behavior. They intentionally hid the photos of the filthy oven and microwave from me and did a horrendous job overall, leading to a significant loss of my security deposit. The owner also suggested that my landlord is lying; but I had one of my friends go and took a complete video walkthrough of the apartment and everything the landlord said is true. Sure, my landlord, being a complete jerk, is being extremely picky and under normal circumstances I wouldn't blame the cleaning team for those minor details. However, it's the lack of honesty that I'm beyond frustrated with, and their lack of professionalism guarantees I won't be coming back.

I was informed by my rental company of this fact and shone pictures. When asking for a refund I was told that it was outside of their window for refund and essentially denied. It was my mistake to chose a company without an established history and I will not make that mistake again. Also their was some issues regarding leaving my AC on 50 degrees in the summer with the patio door open all night that didn't get turned off until I got there much, much later.

I will say they were prompt and quick to set up our cleaning services but we were very disappointed with the services we received. I have attached the photos and I will say that TJ, the manager, was super great and did have a team back out the same day I called with concerns however even after they came back out I sent videos and pictures to TJ and showed all the spots that they still missed. We will be trying them again and hopefully it is a much better experience going forward.
