It was only my calls to him (several) that we finally got the job rescheduled and confirmed. Guess what, they never showed. after a few calls that went to voicemail and emails that weren't answered I finally got someone on the phone that said they would find out what was going on and call me back. She did call me back and said they would have to reschedule - evidently the employee hadn't gotten a confirmation from the company to go ahead with the job (MISCOMMUNICATION within the company). They pleaded with me to reschedule, but there is no way I will give them my business. Unfortunately I can't recommend the work they do as they did not do the job.

I'm sorry isn't the job of the sales person to be able to tell my company what your company can do better than my current cleaning company. He then proceeded to get an attitude with me.
