Found this place while looking through yelp for a new lash place to do my lashes before vacation. They had amazing reviews, and their photo of their work speaks for itself. They have different locations all over Sacramento, but this is one of their newer locations. The booking process was really easy you just had to put a $20 deposit down to hold your appointment spot. I love that they're very on it and get back to you as soon as you text them. If you are first time clientele, they do have a 20% off deal. They charge $110 Classic , $130 Volume or Hybird ( pay Cash $5 Off ) For new clients we have 20% discount for first time visit $88 classic and $104 volume hybrid. I was lucky enough to get Catherine as my lash tech. She was warm and very welcoming. When I came in for my appointment, what I really loved about her was she took her time to walk me through the process and answer all the different questions I had asked To get an idea of what kind of look I wanted for myself. She ended up doing volume hybrid with her beautiful touch on it. She took such care of me, she was super delicate, took her time with me and was super thorough with each lash. Catherine did my lashes & she was very professional and did an excellent job on my lashes! WARNING: Do NOT go to the Artist Nail shop next door to get your Eyebraws done! I made the mistake of going into the nail shop next door because k& v didn't have time after completing my lashes. Inside Artist nail shop I was cut by their eyebraw tech and the blade caused scarring, pain and swelling. Very sad too because i had beautiful lashes done for vacation but had to have them hidden by sunglasses to hide the trauma done to my Eyebraws . Today, is three weeks later and I still have swelling and scarring. read more

I brought my mother here for the head spa treatment. I booked the 80 min $99 service. Unfortunately we did not allot enough time for traffic on a Friday and we were 15 mins late. My service started right away and it felt rushed. My mother waited an additional 20 mins for her service to start. I will say that I have been to an excellent head spa in Sacramento so I compared experience. The ambiance was non existent. No music or anything to give it that spa feel. But It is very new and clean. My mother really enjoyed her experience. Mine was good and relaxing but a bit disappointing. When I booked the appt I was very clear that I had hair extensions and needed someone who had experience with that. Although she was good at what she does it was obvious she was not comfortable dealing with them. When they finished our service I realized we were shorted and got the 60 minute. It may have been because we were late but they should have relayed that information. They charged us properly and we tipped them well because mom was happy. I was just a bit disappointed. ELLA, the girl who did my lashes was nice but doesn't know what she's doin. Instead of using a fan to dry the glue on my eyes, she uses her mouth and blew on my lashes as if blowing a candle!!! I went for brow tint, I was advised my eyebrows needed to be shaped as well which I was hesitant to do because of bad experiences in the past. The lady took her time and did a great job. It was my first time doing the tint and I told her that. I wish she would have explained the process to me as I was told to wash the tint off in 24 hours and i looked crazy lol and I had no idea it would look better and less big and dark after washing, I wish she would have just explained the process more. I came in to try the new head spa service, while the head massage itself was great and the products used good quality, the water temp fluctuated between room temp(at best) and freezing cold, even after I asked if it could be warmer. Also, I have very curly hair and it got very tangled during the washing process and the tech did not attempt to detangle it before blow drying it so I had a half dry tangled mess by the end. I also feel $45 for a shampoo, condition and massage is a bit steep especially after a cold 30 minutes and leaving with half dry, tangled hair. I hope this service can be improved because I was happy to see it was being offered and it would be nice to have a place close by to go to. read more
