I brought it in and waited in line and was ignored before finally being helped. Then when I asked to do a return I didn't have my receipt but I had the card I used to purchase so they could look me up and the lady was so rude and pushed me onto another employee. Then the employee that came to help was rude and said yeah you need a receipt for returns. This could have been handled in such a better way and now I will not be coming back to this store in the future.

However, over the past two weeks I've encountered absolutely terrible rude customer service. Last week I wasn't given a senior discount at the time of purchase. When I walked back in 10 minutes later to have it corrected to have my discount applied, I was told "I can't just be expected to go in and return my things and I can't re-buy it right then just to get my discount". I know for a fact that, that is absolutely false. However, the employee or manager (not sure which one) was very rude. Did not give me any options whatsoever she was just rude with me and said there was nothing she could do, I don't get my discount. Then fast forward to this morning a week later where I went to return a few items with my receipt and tags on. I walked in and was polite. I wasn't acknowledged at all. I said Hi, I would like to return these please, the employee at the counter didn't say a word no smile no eye contact just a straight angry face didn't acknowledge me at all just started ringing up my items. Finally, all she said was "do you want that back on your visa"? I said sure that would be fine. Still no smile, no eye contact handed me my return receipt didn't say thank you didn't say have a nice day no words....and walked away! What happened to just being nice? She couldn't even be polite and smile or say thank you. I am so disappointed by the blatant rudeness and not even being acknowledged. And I am far more understanding than many people because, I've worked in customer service all my life and still do. I get that people have bad days life happens customers can be rude and difficult and I understand that but you don't have to be rude to people. Sadly, I won't shop at this location anymore. Hopefully it will change at some point and down the road I'll come back and I hope it will be better because this is a great location or at least it used to be but the customer service is awful.

I brought in dozens of PS3 and Xbox games plus two consoles, and he patiently priced everything out, explained what was happening, and kept the whole process moving even though it took a while. Never felt rushed, never felt like I was getting brushed off -- just solid customer service the whole time.
