Sitting down I had a gander at the drinks menu..this was very limited..when I asked for a white wine spritza the waitress looked at me baffled and suggested i could make my own as they don't do them.. The food consisted of burgers, lasagne, wraps, soups, sandwiches and tapas...well I say tapas but there were maybe five different dishes to try from..the salads are really tasty but I've always had a salad here. My companions decided to order the lasagne to be later told it was not available...(why was this information not provided when we first Sat down) so we all opted for a veggie burger.. When it arrived it was pleasant ..but I have had worse I have had better..also the chips were not home made... Snaffling this we chose the lemon and a caramel cheesecake to finish. Here we had to wait for ages for our plates to be cleared because the staff were too busy making out with each other..really professional..and when the waitress finally decided to serve us she placed the fresh drinks down without taking the emptys with her..so our table was left cluttered.. The lemon cheesecake was divine..but this place is very overrated..the menu.is limited, the place is crammed and they stop serving food at 16:00..oh and most of waiters were rubbish..I think I will try Blue Sky again..

Secondly it's let down by its opening hours and not open at night This is a great place for breakfast and lunch with healthy ish meals and amazing tapas with divine salad . We've recently paid a second visit to Morrison's cafe in Caernarfon. The first, which was last…read moreyear, was something of a disappointment as for some reason there was no cooked food available so we had to opt for sandwiches. Fortunately this time around cooked food was on the menu so my wife and daughter ordered baked potatos, one with prawns and one with beans and cheese while I opted for cheese omlettes. The potatos arrived first and were huge, buried under generous servings of filling and with side salads. I got two omlettes, both with plenty of melted cheese in the middle, along with thin chips and side salad and was more than happy with both quantity and quality. All three meals were excellent value for money and if we didn't live so far from Caernarfon I think we'd become regulars here. On the down side the cafe is small and so it can be difficult to find a table. We were lucky that some people were just leaving as we arrived, otherwise we may not have waited. They also appear a little understaffed as empty tables don't always get cleared and cleaned as quickly as you might expect. I also felt that unlike the food the drinks are a bit over-priced for the amount you get. All in all though Morrisons cafe offers very good value for money.

The petro station is the right size, there is rarely a queue to get petrol, or to pay for it. There's gloves and handy wipes available at the pumps. The shop has a good selection of drinks and confectionary. There is also a car wash, and air and water facilities.

They stock basic foods, rent DVDs, have a lottery machine, sell papers and a huge selection of magazines, cigarettes, beer and wine etc. A great little addition to the village. The food prices are massively more expensive than tesco or morrisons etc, but for the sake of convenience when you just need a loaf of bread it's fantastic. If it saves you jumping in the car, you've made the money back already. The place is under new management since about a year I think, the owners/staff seem to be very nice people, the Brummy girl behind that's usually behind the counter always has a smile and a hello for you.

The same goods, prices and range are here as in all the smaller Tesco's (no clothes or cafe) but the car park is a nightmare. It is too small and poorly laid out. On a cold wet day, not unheard of in Gwynedd, there is nothing more miserable than circling the park avoiding other place-seeker and trolley pushers. Inside the building is too small for the custom it receives so the theme of being cramped and stressed hangs with you for the entire visit.
