Jim said that in the first year of quarterly treatments, the weeds would dwindle and the grass would start becoming richer and thicker. All of that happened. The cost for their services were very fair and they certainly saved us endless hours of trying to accomplish the same level of success - which we failed at miserably for three years prior. When we purchased the house in 2013, the backyard was bare. Five landscapers tried to grow grass and no one could. As you can see from the attached pictures, and after we cleared a lot of rocks in the backyard, Jim's team miraculously made the backyard into a carpet. The owner, Paul, always hits me up a day or 2 before they come out as a courtesy. His guys are well mannered and respectful of my lawn and property. Now, I have been using Patriot for around 3 years for their Spring and Fall Clean up service and I cant be happier. The cleanups consists of anything you really want them to do. For the Spring, I have them mulch, dig up weeds, replace dead flowers, trim trees/bushes, edge around trees, etc. For Fall, basically the same except I have them trim down those grass bushes. i tried doing that on my own once, I looked like I lost a fight to Freddy Kruger afterwards. Paul is a great guy. He will listen to your requests and offer up some of his own opinions, if need be. He is very responsive and his crew is a great bunch of guys. Now, his services are not the cheapest out there (and he is not the most expensive, either), but with landscaping, as with anything else, you get what you pay for.
